William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award 2014 for prof.dr. Carsten de Dreu
January 21, 2014 - Prof.dr. Carsten de Dreu (University of Amsterdam) received the 2014 William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award from the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) for his Journal of Applied Psychology article titled "Conflict Cultures in Organizations: How Leaders Shape Conflict Cultures and Their Organizational-Level Consequences" (co-authored with Gelfand, Leslie, and Keller).
The William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award is an annual award given to the author(s) of the publication in a refereed journal deemed to have the greatest possibility to significantly impact the field of I-O psychology. The publication must be relevant to I-O psychology and can appear in any journal as long as it is refereed.
